Outside of our repair and maintenance services, we also offer our customers innovative and reliable products.\u00a0There are three types of condo\/apartment entryphone systems we recommend, for multi-tenant and single building applications, each with their own benefits and applications. All entryphones come in many different types, from single line, to multi line LCD, monochrome and colour, as well as hands-free or handset operation. These entryphones also come in a variety of finishes, the most common is brushed stainless, but is also available in chrome, brass and many other painted finishes. Dialer Entryphone Panel<\/h3>\n

This type of entryphone system uses a standard telephone line to communicate to the resident. \u00a0This is the most common system that you will find being installed. \u00a0They are the most economical for buildings over 150 suites. \u00a0The added benefit is that the entryphone system can be programmed to call any phone number. \u00a0Therefore tenants that use cell phones and do not have a landline, can still answer the front door.<\/p>\n

No Phone Bill Interface (NSL)<\/h3>\n

The system will use a no phone bill interface, which allows the panel to operate without generating monthly phone bills. \u00a0This system uses the existing phone lines in the building and has the ability to generate a distinct ring on the tenants phone. \u00a0It also has the ability to generate Call Waiting, so that if the tenant is on the phone the person at the main doors will not get a busy signal. \u00a0Due to the extra labour and equipment required, this system is rarely used over 150 suites.<\/p>\n

Intercom Systems<\/h3>\n

These systems are found in older buildings with dedicated telephone handsets, usually located in the front hall of the suite. \u00a0All of the cabling is then run down to the main panel, located in the telephone room. \u00a0This system can also be installed utilizing the structures existing cabling networks, if the quality of the cabling is current enough for this application.[\/vc_column_text]\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \n[\/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=”middle” p_top=”10″ p_bottom=”10″ m_top=”10″ m_bottom=”10″]\n\t
